Returns

We cannot offer any returns, refunds, and cancellations. Our pieces are made to order FOR YOU so we cannot accommodate a change in heart. Please be sure of any purchases you make and be excited about them! 

Placing Pre-Orders and Made to Measure Items

1. Each piece must be paid for in full at the initial time of purchase. 
2. If you are unable to pick up your piece in person, it may be shipped to you (at an additional cost if order is not local to our studio). 
3. Each piece is listed with the timeline needed to complete the piece and will be finished and ready to pick up or ship within the listed timeline. 
4. Each piece will be made to the original measurements taken unless discussed. We are not responsible for the item not fitting if measurements have changed after purchase.
